Body Basics Fitness Studio and Nutrition Centre has been established since 1999. We pride ourselves on providing expert fitness training and nutrition guidance to individuals, pairs and groups who are aiming to achieve specific health and fitness goals.
We offer Nutritional Consultations, Exercise Programs, Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training for individuals and pairs. Our main focus is assisting our clients to become accountable for their lifestyle behaviours so that they get the best results.
At Body Basics we highly value each of our clients. That is why we offer an individualized system of care. At our studio in Curtin we have an appointment only system where the client books out the whole studio for a period of time, rather then just hiring a trainer. This allows us to create a comfortable atmosphere for our clients by customising the environment appropriately for each individual, so that each person can get the most out of every session.
Whether they want a high intensity weights session or a low intensity yoga session, with every piece of equipment in the studio at their disposable, the ability to personally select music and expert advice on hand it makes every Body Basics session second to none.
