Enlist in the 6 week Body Basics boot camp and get the second half price.  Body Basics Boot camps are designed to push you harder, faster and longer than any other boot camp program in Canberra.

Body Basics exclusively uses variations of functional exercises developed by leading Master Trainer Matthew Quixley for our Boot Camp programs. Boot Camp involves underground training, bodyweight challenge, boxing fitness and skills, roadwork, and hike training. You will be increasing all levels of fitness as well as developing teamwork and discipline. You will be having fun and meeting new people in your area.

If you would like a different time, date or place please call up and suggest one, we will try to be as flexible as possible. Minimum number 3 people
