Body Basics exclusively uses the Underground Training System developed by leading Canberra fitness trainer Gavin Stone for our Boot Camp programs. Boot Camp involves underground training, bodyweight challenge, boxing fitness, roadwork, Muay Thai boxing fitness and hike training methods. You will be increasing all levels of fitness as well as developing teamwork and discipline. You will be having fun and meeting new people in your area.
