Gavin Stone
Principle Trainer/ Operations Manager
2007 Fitness ACT fitness professional of the year, Gavin Stone has industry experience in the sport, fitness, recreation and health industries having completed a Certificate IV in Fitness from the Canberra Institute of Technology, and is a registered fitness trainer with Fitness Australia. Gavin has a passion for fitness and lifestyle improvement, and enjoys seeing clients reach their goals. His goal is to be able to help change people's lifestyles through greater fitness and improved awareness. Gavin has hands on experience with physical and intellectually disabled clientele.

Gavin Stone's theories and philosophies on fitness training are based on an effective method that focuses on the improvement of all fitness qualities, in turn to create an all round more functional physique for both sporting endeavors and everyday life. This has often been referred to as fusion training. The cornerstone to this is in developing the correct co-ordination of all the muscles used through sports cross training and individually designed exercises which will promote efficiency and consistency of movement. These concepts are constantly under development throughout his own individual research, consisting of multiple daily individual training sessions, reading, professional communication and tertiary education. These theories and philosophies are skillfully applied to the needs of each individual client, with the benefits and improvement gained from a Gavin Stone personal training program continue long after its completion.

Gavin is devoted to constantly studying, researching and working as a Fitness Professional on a daily basis. Gavin enjoys playing golf as a general enthusiast and has boxed competitively.

Julian Everett
Nutritionist/ Business Owner
Julian Everett has been working in the fitness and health industry for over 15 years and in this time has developed a real passion for his work. Julian gets much satisfaction out of seeing his clients reach their health and fitness goals and enjoys guiding and motivating his clients. Julian has a Bachelor or Applied Science (Nutrition), Ass. Dip. In Applied Science in Fitness and Recreation Leadership and is a registered fitness trainer with Fitness Australia. Julian is a full-time teacher at the Canberra Institute of Technology and keeps up to date with current research and industry trends through attending regular workshops and conventions.


Margaret Stamatis
Trainer/ Business Owner
Margaret Stamatis has 14 years industry experience in the sport, fitness, recreation and health area. Margaret received an Associate Diploma in Applied Science in Fitness and Recreation Leadership from the Canberra Institute of Technology and is currently completing a degree in Applied Science majoring in Psychology. Margaret also is a Registered Fitness Trainer with Fitness Australia, has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, OH & S certificate, and is a workplace assessor. Aside from working in all areas of fitness and health from cleaner, aerobics instructor, gym assessor and programmer, swim instructor, aqua and circuit instructor, assistant manager and manager of a female only fitness centre, Margaret worked in Public Relations & Client Services for two major car dealerships. She has been a part time teacher at the Canberra Institute of Technology for the past eight years and has also presented for various organisations and RTOs.
