Matthew Quixley                                                                                         

Head Trainer/Operations Manager

Experience: Matthew Quixley is a Personal Trainer who has worked with people from all age groups and backgrounds in numerous gyms throughout the ACT. He has trained people with a wide variety of goals, and is able to get you results fast. Whether it is losing fat, toning up or putting on some muscle mass, Matthew has done it all and will be able to design a program that works for you!

Qualifications: Matthew has his Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Punchfit Boxing Accreditation and his Master Trainer Certificate. He continues to improve his knowledge and keep up to date with the latest research. This allows him to deliver the most effective training methods and offer the best advice to his clients.

Training Philosophy: Matthew is passionate about health and fitness. He guides his clients to find an enjoyable balance between training, nutrition and rest to attain the best results. He recommends beneficial lifestyle habits and explains how they will assist you to achieve your goals. Matthew then works through any areas that you have difficulty maintaining, to help keep you on track developing long term health and fitness.

Julian Everett

Nutritionist/ Business Owner 
  

Julian Everett has been working in the fitness and health industry since 1991 and in this time has developed a real passion for his work. Julian gets much satisfaction out of seeing his clients reach their health and fitness goals and enjoys guiding and motivating them to do so.

Julian has a Bachelor or Applied Science (Nutrition), Ass. Dip. in Applied Science in Fitness and Recreation Leadership and is a registered fitness trainer with Fitness Australia. Julian is a full-time teacher at the Canberra Institute of Technology and keeps up to date with current research and industry trends through attending regular workshops and conventions.  

Margaret Everett

Trainer/ Business Owner
 

Margaret Everett has worked in the fitness and health industry since 1991 and has industry experience in the sport, fitness, recreation and health area. Margaret received an Associate Diploma in Applied Science in Fitness and Recreation Leadership from the Canberra Institute of Technology and is currently completing a degree in Applied Science majoring in Psychology. Margaret also is a Registered Fitness Trainer with Fitness Australia, has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, OH & S certificate, and is a workplace assessor.

Aside from working in all areas of fitness and health from aerobics instructor, gym assessor and programmer, swim instructor, aqua and circuit instructor, assistant manager and manager of a female only fitness centre, Margaret worked in Public Relations & Client Services for two major car dealerships. She has been a part-time teacher at the Canberra Institute of Technology for the past eight years and has also presented for various organisations and RTOs.
