GROUP FITNESS AT BODY BASICS
Have you ever wanted a group fitness timetable that gives you plenty of variety and the freedom to do classes whenever you want? Group Fitness at Body Basics includes Les Mills and other freestyle classes. It is the most comprehensive timetable in the Queanbeyan region. Our Group Fitness programs boast dynamic, entertaining and inspiring classes from Les Mills plus a huge range of free style Group Fitness classes for all body shapes and fitness levels.
At Body Basics we provide Group Fitness classes that deliver a simple, fun and effective social experience independent of barriers like gender, age or fitness level. The great thing about our memberships is all Group Fitness classes are no EXTRA cost.

Online bookings are required for ALL group fitness classes – CLICK HERE TO BOOK
Classes will be limited to 20 participants and will be cancelled if numbers are below 7.
Please arrive 10 minutes before a class to set up and CLEAN your equipment
All equipment MUST be CLEANED after class
Classes may change without notice in circumstances beyond our control
All classes are 55 minutes in length except 6am classes and Functional Fitness which are 45 minutes and Strong Centre which is 25 minutes.

Important Note: The Group Fitness timetable is reviewed quarterly. During these reviews class numbers and instructor availability is taken into consideration when the new Group Fitness timetable is released. We endeavour to provide classes to suit all members preferences but we also need to consider the sustainability of classes particularly if class numbers are low and when instructors are available. We ask for understanding when changes are made to the Group Fitness timetable and encourage all members to try different class formats if specific classes are not available due to timetable changes
