Nutrition at Body Basics is all about balancing regular exercise focused on achieving goals and results with nutrition and dietary strategies to help achieve these results. All the club Personal Trainers at Body Basics conduct nutrition coaching sessions with all clients and members through appointment at no extra cost.

Nutrition coaching sessions are focused on helping and guiding clients and members to eat a diet which is balanced, healthy and nourishing.

Julian Everett, is available for consultations by appointment. Julian's background is extensive with over 25 years in the health, fitness and nutrition industries and is also a qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist. He is the head teacher in nutrition in the sport and fitness department at the Canberra Institute of Technology and also operates Nutrition Basics, his nutrition consultation business.

Julian has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition degree and a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra. He also holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and stays current through subscribing to journals, reading peer-reviewed articles and attending conventions. Consultations with Julian are for 60 minutes and cost $150.
